HDB releases 3,841 flats in latest (4th round in 2014) BTO exercise

The Housing and Development Board is offering 3,841 new flats in six projects located in the non-mature towns of Punggol, Sembawang, Woodlands and Yishun, and the mature town of Toa Payoh under the July 2014 Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise.

5. Kampung Admiralty

6. Park Grove Yishun

HDB expects to launch another 4,510 BTO flats in Bukit Batok, Hougang, Jurong and Kallang/Whampoa in September.

In addition, 3,000 units will be available in the second Sales of Balance Flats (SBF) in November to augment the housing supply.

One of the Best Makan Places in Singapore - Bendemeer Road Block 29 Food Centre and Market

Bendemeer Road Block 29 Food Centre was featured in last episode of Tuesday Report Where We Connect 3 (星期二特写 之 生活气场三) on 1 July 2014, Channel 8.

I like this show because it's filmed and produced in a natural setting and not hard selling for the featured stalls. It's interesting also because every stall has a story. But on the other hand, only few stalls were featured. I hope the production team will come back again to feature more stall owners and showcase their unique story.
