16 August 2014 | Safety Evacuation Exercise at 8 Riversuites?

Spotted this unusual scene (hopefully it's safety rehearsal) at 8 Riversuites at around 11.15 am, where all construction workers stopped work and gather at the green along Whampoa East road.
